Protein Pancakes

1/2 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese

1 Cup Oats (Ground)

1 Tsp Baking Soda

4 Egg Whites

1 Whole Egg

1 Tsp Vanilla

 

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.  Once combined, pour into a greased skillet and cook on medium low heat. Flip after 3-4 minutes. Makes 3 LARGE pancakes. Calories per pancake….120!
